Service Provider Enhancements

Live Platform now enforces the creation of a UCaaS Service Provider tenant on the UCaaS server instance. A single UCaaS tenant can manage all Live Platform supported UCaaS services including Webex Cloud Connect, Zoom Provider Exchange, Live UC and Live CX. The UCaaS tenant is configured in the Service portal:
